I have chronic hip pain that flares up once a year for about a week or two at a time.  It&#039;s good that it doesn&#039;t come any more often than that, but the bad part is it&#039;s pretty debilitating to the point where I can barely walk.

So what I&#039;m saying is that I can relate.  I was in the middle of a great workout kick too and now I have to sit it out a bit just like you.</description>
